13lv for the night, which runs from 5-10. The drag lift on the nursery slope in front of the Rila runs, and the 4-man chair near it too. It's a great thing to do because there are practically no queues so you can just go up and down to your heart's content.
You just go and get the night lift pass from the ski station at the bottom of the 4-man. You will have to keep your skis/boards/boots overnight though, as the depots close at 5, so make sure your hotel will let you take them in with ...

You can use the floodlit slopes in front of the Rila for free if you dont need to use the draglifts etc. Ideal for beginners as there is quite a big area you can use and not crowded.
Also try the sledging - for all ages - great fun for only 5 lev (£1.75) per hour
Enjoy - we did last week!
