No Snow Borovets!

No Snow Borovets!

Just been looking at the Borovets web cam and there seems to be no snow!!! Starting to worry a bit as 4 of us are due to be snowboarding there on jan 6th. Anyone else a bit worried or am I just panicing??? Crying

Actually I think I may be worrying for nothing, the web cam pictures for 6th Jan last year showed a good amount of snow....hopefully be the same this coming Jan! Very Happy

Looking at the forcast it's getting colder and the freezing level is lowering to 2300m by thursday so by the looks of it the snow should start to arrive next week

everyone was excited a week or so a go because there was snow now they are worrying there wont be any STOP IT you will get snow and you will ski in Jan Hopefully Wink

the webcam in Borovets is at 1350m this is why there is no snow shown at the moment. There is plenty of snow further up the mountain. Don't worry snow cover will be ok by the time the season starts
