No roof on the Snezanka!!

Can anyone confirm the state of the Snezanka Hotel in Pamps?? I've heard a couple of reports over the last month that it hasn't got a roof on!! Called Crystalski and they said call back Monday! We fly out on Saturday and would like to know we've got somewhere to stay!!!

there is a roof on this hotel.if its the appartments u r booked in2 they r not ready. the hotel was also refurbished over the last number of months.wen i arrived on the 23rd dec it was not ready 4 guests.most tour operators moved there guests elsewere.however by the end of my week the hotel was starting to take good shape.i would think by now its ready for a perfect holiday

Hi we were due to arrive there on th 23rd dec but we were moved before we arrived, but the rest of our party booked with another tour operator and they had to fight to be moved out, they said there was a health and safety issue and thats why we were moved to the Orlovets accross the road, we were so glad it was a lovely hotel and would stay there again for sure. Hope it all works out ok for you.....

We're just back from the Snezanki and it is fine however it wasn't the Christmas week when my family where there, it was under going refubishment.Nothing magor like no ROOF! It is quite posh now and up market accommodation. Although it has lost something being bigger.The 3 man lift was broke on Friday, they had to go to France for a new part. Hope I haven't been too negative but we had some skiing everyday. The instructors are doing their best under the circumstances.
