Has the snezhanka hotel got running water currently and or electricity? Just wondering after seeing the weather reports etc

We are in the perelik, no water just been told should be on in the morning, problem appears to be a village further down the valley which has no electricity where the pumping station is

Tbh plenty of bottled water available, circumstances beyond the control of the hotel or resort. If it was on the other foot plenty of water no snow,

Pumps were supplied with electricity at quarter past 6 UK time and so Pamporovo should have water withing 2 - 3 hours - so by midnight Pamporovo time
