Not another snow question.

Not another snow question, but maybee a stupid one. Going to boro next week and was thinking of buying a couple of sim cards there to keep in touch with the rest of the group. Would it be best to buy some good walkie talkies instead as surely a mobile signal will be lost on top of mountains, over the other side of the mountain etc?

can get sim cards there and they are cheep as chips and they work 2

Warning !!!!!!!!!!!! if you buy Mtel you cannot sms O2 . Buy Global or Vivatel. This is a new problem as the agreement between O2 and Mtel has run out and it takes ages to get anything done here
