The ski season is just around the corner and if everyone is as excited as I am about this ski season then this forum is going to be buzzing by the time the first snowfalls arrive!
I'm really hoping for a cracker of a ski season like we have enjoyed the last couple seasons. I have even bought a new pair of skis (much fatter skis) for this season and could really do with record snowfalls so that i can play in chest deep powder with my new skis!

cant wait myself.. trying shorter skis at hemel hempstead and improved a lot so cant wait to see that put into practice on the mountain97 days to go

We live in Bansko and we are getting very excited now and hoping for early snowfall before our busy winter season starts with the tourists. We even had our ski DVD's on all day yesterday Warren Miller etc etc. WooooooooHooooooooooo!!!! Oh and Steves going Tignes 30th nov with Canski and the gang ........ 71 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

was tempted even to get my gear out and check it over...Hornster, you ole snow god you... we know the season is getting near when you start posting
Skis wise, once you have `gone fat' you never go back.....

Hi NightmuffyI am looking for information regarding the new shopping mall in Bansko i was out over the weekend and did not see any sign of it ha sit been started or any news would be goo thanks......

Hi Shaun,It is being built and is not far off completion. Hopefully will be open for new season. It is up near the Bansko Royal Towers just over the bridge over the Glazne.
