Now i'm excited

Going tomorrow, from Gatwick 13.30 flight to Sofia, but a nice 3.5 hour transfer to the Perelik!!! I'm half expecting 3 legged huskies being driven by a drunk.

Ok a few questions...I know these have been asked hundreds of time before but I can't be bothered to re-read through all the posts so here goes.

Plugs - standard eurpoean 2 pins ok?????
Money - Taking half in Travellers Cheques and half GBP Sterling. Good idea???
Anyone else going?

Wouldn't really bother with travellers chqs bud, cash is king, decent quality notes though, not ripped or written on, plugs your OK.

Yes, 2 pin plugs are what you need.

As stated travellers cheques are not as widely accepted, nor are they as versatile as the good old English pound. So take sterling!!!
And have a bloody excellent holiday!!!!!

Also bear in mind, if you run out of cash (or just need more) there are cash machines in the Hotel Murgavets reception. (these also give a good exchange rate).

I'm also staying at the Perelik this week Very Happy

You seem a little confused about the transfer tho'. The Huskies only work out of Plovdiv airport, your transfer will be pulled by 3 yak and a little old lady called Greta
