Irony is I never use a Kettle. Never touch tea or coffe or hot chocolate. Purely Beer Total

Nick,You're in fine form tonight. That sites fantastic. I like the sound of the Chocolate Beer mentioned at the bottom.
You live and learn. Half way down it mentions "Head Brewer Paul Roys....."
To a Beer connoisseur, such as myself, that demonstrates a special care taken for that particular Beer.
To think they employ people just to Brew the Head is amazing.
In cheaper Beers the head is just the top of the Beer frothed up a little bit.
