Numbers in Bansko?

Hello there Bulgaria lovers!

I've not been to Bansko for three years now and was wondering if the rumours i've heard about increasing numbers of holiday makers are true. Are there a lot more people going these days? Do the slopes seem more crowded than a few years ago? Your opinions and reports would be greatly appreiciated .

Numbers officially rose last year by 6%, and this coming season Ulen are predicting around a 10% increase...
These numbers are based on hotel pre-booking and are only an estimate as the information is coming from Balkan Hotels (Ulen). Its conceivable as our enquiries are up as are Chalet bookings and private accomadation...
Regarding crowds on the slopes, it does not seem so, the busy periods still seem busy, and the quiet times still seem quiet...
