OFF Piste - advanced skiers?

Hello, any advanced skiers there in Bansko or right back from Bansko?
I`m comming to Bansko on 12.1. and I`d like to know if its already possible to ski "off piste". Should be, as the homepage says there are more than 50cm snow on the top. Anyone tried? Or anyone seen doing it?

I'm going on the 27th Jan and am really praying that another big dump of snow falls and bring heaps of pwder for me to play in!! Very Happy
