DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT COUNTRYS BULGARIA IS UP AGAINST FOR OLYMPIC BID.

dont know who they will be competeing against but at a guess some of the bigger resort, think they need to sort quiet a few things out there before they will get awarded the games, think bansko is great but also think it will be a fair few years before they get the games

I have just read an article that states 6 other towns:-
Almaty (Kazakhstan) / Bordjomi (Georgia) / Jaca (Spain) / Piong Chang (Republic of Korea) / Salzburg (Austria) / Sochi (Russia). The article states according to 'gossip' that Korea and the Austrians are favourites. This was in the Bulgarian Property Digest.

Way I look at it is if they are atupidenough to give the summer gamesto Londonthen they may bestupid enough to give the winter games to Bulgaria.
