Went a bit off piste last year after a fairly decent dump of snow. Take the gondola to the top station, ski down and to the left to the drag lift. Take this up to the top and then head left. Very quiet as most people, especially beginners and intermediates head right for the blue and red runs. To be honest though you are best asking an instructor or somebody local. If you are looking at renting your chalet out let me know, could be interested!!
