The Happy End Pub which has only just been born (being a tender two weeks old when we were there) is a fab building. Like an old barn, watch out for the "cage" on the top floor, where fun can be had by all!! Some of the decor is made up of the old chair lift ropes (so an anorak tells me!) and even a single man ...

Some of the decor is made up of the old chair lift ropes (so an anorak tells me!) and even a single man chair is suspended from the ceiling! Keep a look out for the tribbles on top of the bar stools (you trekkies will know what I mean by that!)
As for the mountains, we didn't see them at all during our stay as it snowed 24/7 and was blizzards galore!! The skiing was pretty hard going with thick snow, moguls etc, but we were reasonbly injury free.
The little man in the ski storage room is a happy smiley chappy and helpful too.
If you were in the Lion Bar last Friday, it was probably us that staggered in at 2am. If you heard the dulcet tones of "JEARGERMAISTER YARGHHH B*****D" that was us (Sir Mustang Northy started that, of course!).
Before I go, what make of digital camera is the best, as one is thinking of investing in one.
