Oneroam sim card

Has anyone any knowledge of www.oneroam.co.uk. They offer sim cards for use in Bulgaria and the price seems to reasonable. can anyone see a catch.

Havent looked but sim cards out there are only 20 lev with 15lev of credit already on it, Lasted us over a week including nearly 10 texts a day to England. Hope this helps
