Opening time on the slopes

Hi all,does anyone know what time the lifts open in Borovets? and what time does it start to get busy? Am I right in presuming that the level of partying that appears to go on means that many don't start skiing until after 10 am?

Before 10am they are fairly quiet, then there is a big rush at 10am when ski school starts then quietening down again for a bitJ
