Thanks Sam, I've emailed Crystalski directly and am waiting to hear back from them, if I have no joy, I'll contact the airport.

Please have a look at www.orphanagestoikite-bg.org and I think you will agree that dog homes in this country are better than that place. The more I hear about these kids sadly the more I feel that the heating situation is a small part of their problems - you cannot imagine what these children have gone through - it would not be allowed to happen here. So please do not criticise these wonderful people on this forum who are doing so much to bring a little comfort to these kids ...

Re extra baggage with thomson, i had no luck at all over the phone so I went to Doncaster airport and spoke to the Thompson people there and they were lovely and gave me 10 kg free allowance for the orphanage,
Also can i just say I have recently visited the orphanage in Stoilkite and it is bloody freezing in there, these children do not deserve to live like this, they are fantastic kids who just want love and warmth, with the help from this forum I truly believe the heating system ...

I dont believe that thing called Tamara posted that reply. Maybe if she went out to the orphanage like so many of us on the forum did her stinking attitude would change.And it is an orphanage NOT a home
