Please can some tell exactly what the orphanage chat is all about?
I am off to Borovets on the 23rd Feb and am wondering what I can do to help.

Well this is not BG, but it gives you an inkling - imagine this, then chuck in no heating, under nourishment, abuse, untrained workers etc etc
