Other Resorts

Hi Everyone

From the website I see there are a few more resorts in the same mountain range as Pamps. I know that from Pamps day trips to Chepelare can be arranged. Does anyone know if Momchilovtsi and Tsigov Chark are within traveling distance of Pamps too?

Hi Sammy,

Pamporovo to Momchilovtsi is around 13.8Km, according to Bg Maps, while Tsigov Chark is just over 92.5Km from Pamporovo.

In both cases, the roads are of lower classification (3rd-class) than the 2nd-class road 86 to Cheplare, which is just under 11Km from Pamporovo.

Hi there. I have a house at Tsigov Chark which I rent out. One of our (English) guests staying in the house a few weeks ago drove to Pamporovo. It took him almost exactly 2 hours. Guess it would be less for a local familiar with the roads. Might be worth noting that although he liked Pamp, he thought it wasn't a patch on Tsigov Chark!
