Hi AllEspecially PP do you know if I will be able to get a birthday cake for my wifes 40th Birthday at the hotel Perelik? or any other suggestions where one might be available from

Speak to Steve Clark (the gaffer) in the White Hart and he will arrange for one to be brought out during the evening with candles blazing as a surprise. If you need to see Steve during the day, just go to the Snowshack which is on the right just as you get to the ski depot. Gary (Steves brother) will be there and there is every chance Steve will be there during the day as well.
He will also make sure the whole bar sings 'Happy Birthday' to ...
