Hello,
We were charged for seven nights for our holiday when we had only booked 6 nights in our hotel with Bulgaria ski. We talked with the rep in the resort and were told that we should contact Bulgaria Ski when we return to claim back the over payment. We have tried now for three weeks with no response via email, phone and post. We are getting to our wits end and is slowly but surely spoiling an otherwise amazing holiday. Does anybody have any other contact details we could try.
Thanks ...

What were your actual timings of arrival and departure from Hotel, this could have a bearing on your claim. Was it a D.I.Y Holiday or was it a package,
it was a semi DIY holiday arriving early sat morning and leaving fri eve. i have an email from bulgaria ski showing i had booked for a 6 night stay in the hotel - then got charged for 7 nights when we arrived in the resort.
Anyone on here got any other contact details for Bulgaria Ski or Profi Tours?
Thanks again
Hi there again, this could be a case of the old midday situation coming into force. You were quoted for 6 nights but had to pay for 7 days. ie you arrived before midday on the Sat and you left after midday on the Friday so technically you had the room for 7 days. Suggest a recorded delivery letter or registered post, both of which a signature is required, plus you can check delivery via web.
As far as I'm aware that's a standard, being charged for the night you didn't stay (Friday) because you occupied the room beyond usual check out time meaning that it couldn't be let to anyone else. Sounds harsh but it means the hotel doesn't lose revenue.
(only thing I can compare it to is the cat's holiday home though, one of the travel people here may be able to assist.)

check the hotels web site to see there policy, you will possibly find that during the ski season you can only have 7 nights which is why they charged you for 7 lots of ski hotels do this as most people stay 7 nights either sat to sat or sun to sun and the hotel willnot charge for anything less. otherwise as sujested above send recorded delivery or email. otherwise just keep trying
technically you did have 7 nights. Its not just a Bulgarian thing, if you had booked a hotel in UK for those times you would have been charged for 7 nights. Your last day counts as a night im afraid
