Phil, the Panorama hotel is right close to ski depot 1, which if you are travelling with Balkan will be your depot, if not, you will be in Depot 2 which is a bus ride away, ski school is excellent, my 2 girls skied for the first time last week, and on Friday afternon we brought them down an easy red run, 2 of the kids also skied down the half pipe, which my mate only done this year which was his second year!

One thing that everyone complained of (in all the accommodation) was that the electricity frequently went out in the week. It isn't a problem because the longest it goes out for is about 4 minutes. Normal it flickers off and then on in the evenings.
