...since the "meeting" last week? Just wondering if the taxis or over pricing has seen any immediate effect??

Should maybe have put for Galinas attention for your heading as she appeared to be gathering opinions so I presume she could give a report of how things went.

Good point. However, i get the distinct impression she doesn't want to voice her opinion on such a public domain. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would understand it.
