As predicted - light cover in Pamps and Bansko....only Boro to go and my prediction is 100%

I'm really good at Forecasting. I predict that this winter will be mostly snowy/wet but sometimes dry, on the cool side, a couple of nice days mixed in.
I can even predict the weather in the UK. Today it will be mostly wet and windy.
