CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT THIS HOTEL IS LIKE, IS IT NEAR THE LIFTS AND SLOPE WHATS THE FOOD AND PEOPLE LIKE?

just got back.friendly clean cheap.food was poor but you can eat out so cheap it doesnt matter.ski school bus 8.50 and 9.30,if you have your own gear you can ski from the hotel to the ski lifts down a short red run,beautiful location and i would go back,but take ear plugs there is no sound proofing,you cant hear the music but every step in the corridor echoes.just drink more beer,2 levs a pint
need any more info just ask

Just back as well. Food isn't necessarily poor. You just have to time it right. Be there first or leave it for an hour. Either way you get a better selection.
DO NOT leave your ski gear in the ski room in the hotel. It is run by a separate franchisee and he turns up whenever it suits him. Keep it in your room. Don't wear your boots through the hotel as it pisses them off.

In my opinion the location of the Panorama out weighs all other disadvantages.

Hi Donal & Steve thanks for your info, could you tell me what the ski runs where like. It,s my second time skiing and we are taking 2 children, 1 of 15 & 1 of 8. what is the ski school like?We are hiring our gear can we take it to our room & is it far to the lifts? Is it any good for snowboarders?

The Ski School is excellent. I have skied in Germany, old Yugoslavia, Austria and Bulgaria and I think that Bulgaria has the best instruction.
The runs will suit you fine. There are few blacks. Threre are nice reds and abundant blues and greens.

It is a ten minute bus ride from the hotel to the ski depot. From there you ski down to the lifts.
Yes it is good for boarders, particularily with the deep snow at present.
Bring your own tomato sauce as the Bulgarian variety just isn't the same!
