PAYMENT

Booked holiday through this site. been informed that i have to pay cash as credit cards not accepted. i am sure i paid by card last year booked through them that time too. there are 12 of us and we have paid a deposit but i dont fancy carrya load euros like they want

Never heard of that before and I've been part of the team for 6 years now.

E mail them and ask for an explaination.

I am awaiting a reply, i think she has made a mistake , in the booking office. I did pay on card last time . paying cash is not really a problem but i dont fancy taking 1000'S euros

Have you gone for a late deal, that may be the reason, some companys want their money before the holiday start. If you pay by credit card the company doesn't get the money for about three months.

No not a last minute booking and we paid in the resort last year. anyone been with this site this year ??

Maybe they don't accept credit cards (they get charged a fee for this) but will accept debit cards, where thepayment is transferred straight away. Could you have used a debit card last year?
