Hi,

Just wondering, since you know the place so well, if you could tell me whether they serve fried cheese anywhere in Pamps? I asked earlier but no sensible answer was offered.

Cheese is a speciality in Bulgaria and you will find all types freely available.

Try chips and melted cheese as a snack, Shopska Salad is also yummy.

The Taverna Resturant under the Perelik is my favourite place to eat. Massive menu and everything (including fried cheese) is there.

Thanks guys, i'm glad it available in the resort.
And Shopska Salad is a big fav, it's just not the same when we try and make it back home.

I just love that bulgarian white cheese!
