I see Broon and Girly (man really, I think!) have been on. There's 5 of us in all heading to Pamporovo on 1st Feb, me these 2 above the Wriggler and Buck (grumpy old one) 3 of us have been on a number of ocassions since the 90's. We may be remembered by some for wandering about in kilts and various bits of nonsense. For most of us the skiing will be minimalist, chairlift, ski to Nico's (Bohemi) spend the day there, maybe have a run or 2 then ski down at night. To be honest who cares about prices, there all to pot all over the place. Some of you should be thankful you have jobs and can still go on holiday. The day was always going to come when the prices would rise particularly with Bg joining EU. I remember the early 80's when a lot of Austria was cheap but towards the end of that decade it began to get pricey.
If you want a cheap skiing holiday try camping in Aviemore during the winter and working on the tows to get a free pass, thats how it were in the dark dim 70's when we were young. If you want all singing all dancing this that and the next thing pay a fortune and go elsewhere. Me, I'll just take twice as much as I have in the past meet some old friends, hopefully make some new ones and have a ball...........then suffer, what the hell.
Broon some of the more educated on here may not know what tottie is, for those who don't it's a term for 'friendly' ladies (not the professional type)

The wriggler well, who else would take their daughters boyfriend on a good old guys trip, it gets worse he's got one of them big single planks, a board or something like that.
A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHEN LAST IN PAMPS CAME ON THIS SITE AND HAD A LOT OF LAUGHS LETS HAVE SOME MORE OF THAT AND GET AWAY FROM THE DOOM AND GLOOM.
