HiDoes anyone know if it's possible to get private ski lessons in Pamporova? I am joining my 'experienced' family for the first time and need to catch up quickly! I am a beginner (totally)

go to the ski centre next to the surf Shack near the Malina ski depot - Pete there will sort it out for you, he has a few private ski instructors who are very good and if you have one on one tuition you will learn much much faster - I went to ski school on my first two days then decided I could not ski, had a day off then two days private tuition - now I cannot wait to get back I am onto red runs.... (its my third time now though, dont expect red runs in your first week).....

Hi GillThanks for your speedy reply. I am going this Saturday 18th for a week. Would you mind giving me some idea of the cost? I need to be able to 'out-ski' my teenage kids by the end of the week!!!

good luck - you wont do it - remember kids are fearless the kids we took far out skied us...
think I paid about 30lev for an hour had two hours a day, it really did improve my ski-ing could not have been much worse nearly went home hating ski-ing glad I got the hang of it.
If you do see Pete is is lovely he has a lady called eti working for him also who runs a shop in the Murgavets, Pete can also sort out skidoos and trips to Chiperlare if you want to try ski-ing there, tell him I sent ...

please dont go crazy trying to compete just be happy to get a green run out of your way on your first week - dont want any broken bones, you will have such a good time....
