Just got back from first skiing trip and stayed at the Pamporova . Supposed to be 5 star but definitley got treated 3rd rate!
First nigth we are told problems with room - we are TRIPLE booked. Had to share with two others I'd never met. Lots of promises that if and when a room becomes available, we would be accomadated. Soon worked out that this was just lip service as changeover days are Sat.and Sun. Got so fed up I told the rep [yes man] to get me a flight home by Tuesday. No flights! You ...

Food was so-so. Most of us had iffy stomachs for the week and as Ray and Barbs said in their letter there were people pimping in the hotel!
Good bit was the snow and a great crowd I went with that made the days a riot! Would go skiing again but NOT in Bulgaria

We were at Hotel Pamporovi 2 weeks ago Bookes 2 room a double for me and hubby and single for 15 year old son ....His room was bigger than ours ..we were very happy ..hence us returning ..there 4 times now...without problems ...we were there with friends who have skiid austria and Italy and they agreed it was quite a high Standard Hotel..We have never had any problems with overbooking ,,,the staff have always been good and the food has improved tremendoulsy over the last few years in this ...

All of our friends agreed overall it was a lovley Hotel..its such a shame you did not enjoy!!!
