Just a long weekend for us this year - 12th to the 15th March.Looking forward to seeing the changes in Pamporovo and having a play on the new fun park.
The good lady has decided she not going hit the slopes this time and is looking forward to a few days chilling in the villa, so who's on the slopes on the 13th and 14th

Just got back from a fantastic week in Pamporovo!
Had fresh snow in the week which meant the conditions were superb. Most runs are open + the ones that arent are still mostly skiable except for the Smolyan lakes run - they appear to have given up on this which is disappointing - they said it was shut as there wasnt enough snow but there was a couple of feet most of the way down but there is an area where there are some very large rocks which meant we had to walk part of the ...

Pamoporo Village is looking good - the new manager is doing a cracking job + they were full up this weekend (Bulgarian bank holiday).

Fantastic Joff, glad you had a cracking one.In the 5 years I've been going to Pamporovo Smolyan Lakes has never 'officially' been open - but I've boarded it 4 times. It is a shame they don't capitalise on it as the views down there are amazing and a great asset to the resort.
