Please remember that this is brand new! I, as is Pete and Dan are in the UK. Galina is our Rep in resort and all of us are trying very hard to pull this together. Galina has her full time job so adding this extra task is some what of a big ask!

There will be teething problems this season I am sure, but I promise that we will do our best to get this off the ground and save you a few pennies here and there.

Please bear with us in these early stages. The problem at the moment is getting all the staff to understand the discount. Hence making reservations.

You do not need a reservation at the Castle. They offer 20% in the restaurant and bars.

I will double check with Michelle re reservations at Rhodopa house but remember that you can also be picked up and dropped off there too.

The white Hart and Mourgavets BBQ both require reservations. You can get Galina to do this in resort if you want to make sure the 10% discount is passed on.

It will work out! just give us time please.

I read the white hart post.
When I spoke to the boss there for the discount he said that it is not a problem , but as it is the beginning he require a reservation in advance with the name . The reservations should be done trough me at the beginning till we are ready with the organization as they know me personally.
I will ask Kamelia from Bulgariaski in Sofia if we can make a link for reservations for the pubs and restaurant ( white hart, BBQMurgavets and Chevermeto restaurant ) that I spoke with.
As I cannot explain myself in English( not the best way at least), please, try and explain them that on the board.

So for the restaurants listed above, you will need to make a reservation through Galina (BGSki) for the time being.
