Folks,
We're a group of three booked into Pamporovo Hotel for week of 20th Jan. Now while most are worried about the snowfalls, I'm actaully starting to worry about our choice of hotel!
Basically, I've been reading reviews on other well known travel forum websites and there is not a single good report about the Pamporovo hotel. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
Has anyone stayed there recently or will be staying there over the coming weeks? Is it a glorified bulding site with ...

Hi Mary, we have stayed at the pamps hotel for the last 2 years and have booked again, love the hotel, rooms warm clean always hot water, freindly staff, food typical bulgarian food, we will be there on the 13th Jan, we never had any faults and we have had between 5 -6 rooms all rooms good, hope this helps dont worry

hey there mary.I stopped there 5 years ago and thought it was a fantastic hotel. i think that was in its first few years , it was just trying to change from a 4* to a 5*. i remember it being very smart and also remember (as i was young at the time) throwing clothes everywhere when getting in to go out, only to find then neatly folded and put away when i got back.
I have read some bad reports recently too. but it's booked now so just look forward to it. some people are just born to moan.
