What a great idea.

As you arrive on the 12th and we leave on 15th that gives us Sunday 13th or Monday 14th. As Sunday's tend to be busy with locals in Chepelare on a Sunday how about we meet up in Chepelare on Monday 14th?

Is there any way you could get Pano to arrange a mini bus for 6?

I'll sort something out and get back to you.

Pano is effectively running the Chelelare ski resort nowadays so he'll be around in any event.
