Does anyone know which ski depot Balkan use for this next season?Prefer Malina and gone with Crystal for last few times, but Balkan coming out £200 cheaper, for same package

I can't specifically answer your question, Joanne - but I would comment that Balkan Airlines do not get good reviews in terms of punctuality, customer service (if there is an issue) etc. It could be a case of Caveat Emptor in terms of the price differential. I would suggest though, especially if you have been before and are familiar with the set ups, that you look into either independent or semi-independent travel.

We first went with Crystal, but are now firmly wedded to Snow White Skiing for organisation of everything in Pamporovo, and we get our own flights (usually with Lufthansa, who will also transport your skiing equipment inclusive in the price). We have found it to be significantly cheaper, and find the service Pippa and her team deliver in resort to be top notch. If you go through Snow White, then equipment is at Melina.
