Pamporovo Xmas 06

Thinking of going to Pamporovo Xmas 06 - self, husband and five year old daughter. First time skiers. Is this a good resort for us. Thinking of staying Finlandia or Perelik. Are the hotels far from the slopes. How does the ski kindergarten work. What other things are there to do in the resort. Any info appreciated

Perelik in centre of resort. you can ski, swim, holiday reps put on activities eg bum boarding, eat out, bowling available ski bus from hotel.

You would be much better staying at the Murgavets as this hotel has the best family rooms and is bang in the centre of the resort, Finlandia is a nice hotel but is out of town.

kindergarden begins at 10. they ski for around 45 mins then play. at 12 they go to the Perelik hotel for lunch then play there til 2 . aftere that they toboggan til 3. my daughter is 5 and loved it, i was a little disappointed there wasnt much skiing and they didnt encourage them to progress much, more of a baby sitting service than anything

Is the kindergarten run by the Perelik hotel and what ages does it take. We would like her to learn some skiing as well, so maybe we should look at some other resort.
How much does the kindergarten cost and do the staff speak english.
