The capacity of the posh Bulgarian winter resort Pamporovo is about to grow to 20,000 beds, which is the capacity of a small town, experts warned.
They are positive that this will result in the utilization of more woods and surrounding territory. They also warned that in order to function normally the resort would need new ski tracks. Besides that Papmporovo would need more electricity and water supplying premises.
Meanwhile during the Real Estate Expo taking place in Sofia it emerged that a residential complex with hotel area - Dream Lake Pamporovo Estates - will be constructed in the posh resort.
The vacation village will be located at the southern slope of Snezhanka peak. More than EUR 12 M will be invested in the project.
