Pamporovo on the 13th!!

Guys, i know this is the 100th post about will there be snow!! but hear me out!!! 
There are 5 of us heading out on the 13th to Pamporovo for the first time. Been checkin the web cams, and i'm starting to wonder if we should maybe try and change our holiday to Borovets?
I know the weather is unpredictaple but, if you guys could give me any sort of help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, whats the nightlife like???
I've heard there is night skiing too (depending on snow), is ...

Also we're staying in the newly built Elina Apartments. Has anyone stayed there.
