Pamporovo or Bansko?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying an apartment in Bansko or Pamporovo -mainly as an investment but I hope to get out there oce a year. Any advice which is better? Confused

pamporovo because bansko has already seen the effect of tourism to its prices...pamporovo hasn't yet done many improvements to its resort so its still quite small...prices will rocket when the perelik project is finished in several years
