Pamporovo to Chepelare

Hi have just had a look at the j2ski website at the snow forecast and it is forecasting a lot more for Chepelare than Pamporovo. Can anyone explain. The actual distance between the both isn't very much. Any weather experts out there have an answer.

Yes I do.

Don't believe a word of it - because it's a load of tosh.

Many times I've been to Pamporovo and the weather forecast and snow depths have been reported as poor - only to get there and find it brilliant.

quey sara sara

Just look forward to a brilliant week - whatever the weather.

Yeah I know where your coming from Pete it's the same every year. We are all off next Saturday and it surely couldn't be any worse than last year. Jen and Pete are going out on the friday, lucky gits, extra days skiing.

I just wondered if there was an actual reason behind it. When are you going out this year mate?

Off to Austria on Jan 26th - then Borovets on 8th March.

Giving Pamps a miss this year - back in 2009.

re: Pamporovo to Chepelare

as we had a thing about spelling not so long ago ... Pete you had a bit of a Del Boy moment there.

The foreign phrase you are quoting is "Que sera sera"

That and "Dos biers" is the sum total of my Spanish.

I now await to be corrected on my spelling and maybe even language.

re: Pamporovo to Chepelare

Chepelare is only a few miles higher up the road than Pamps, but it's usually colder the further up you travel.
I live near the coast and It's wierd, I can travel 2 miles inland and see a big difference in the weather. We can have nothing here and drive 4 miles and its all white. Its the same in summer with the warmer weather.
Thats what happens here, so maybe it's the same over there.
Whatever happens, it's miles better than last year.
