This ski season (Feb 2012) the European ski champoinships will be held in Pamps. Pamp OOD have a building now at the bottom of the black run for the judges and officials. Mironeski has a fab cafe and ski hire with a fab terrace overlooking the runs on the midstation with lots of seating. There is lots of activity on the slopes with works going on for final preporations, Gary from the snow shack maybe doing snowboard hire from the tourist and info centre located on the ground floor of Pamporovo Palace. New snow cannons that produce snow up-to plus 5 degrees have been installed. 1 new ski lift is in place to replace the old drag lift. bob sliegh has been ordered and paid for or so i am informed for the slopes during the summer and may also operate in the ski season. Slopes have been preped during the summer in readiness for the ski season, Kamilia hotel will open on the slopes this Dec which is 4 star, but not sure of service etc will know when guests give comments, most hotels in the resort are fully booked for New year, this Feb will most prob be a sell out also as many hotels have little availability already. I think it will be Pamps best ski season ever
