Hello
I'm not being rude.
The rumour about the link was started by companies selling off-plan properties, a large percentage that will never be built, get to act 16 or the skeletons shells built to basement stage to get 50% payment from buyers will be beyond repair. Hello
I'm not being rude.
The rumour about the link was started by companies selling off-plan properties, a large percentage that will never be built, get to act 16 or the skeletons shells built to basement stage to get 50% payment from buyers will be beyond repair. As the off-plan properties have died a death, you are less likely to hear this rumour any more, except from people trying to sell their properties.
You can work out for your self based on the number of people using both resorts. What private company is going to spend this money when there will never be a return on their money in a million years.
It will only be the BG government who could spend this money, which is unlikely.
Again, I am not being offhand but this will never happen.
Thanks Mickey, given the investment over last few years I am sure it will happen. Luckily I didn't get fingers burnt on an apartment that didn't get act 16 so assume others may have a different view. Roll on the expanded area! Cheers
I'm usually wary of claims like this (Perelik project etc). But looking at the level of investment from the owner of Pamporovo Resort infrastructure, the changes we've seen over the last few years in terms of positive resort management and that a good friend of mine in Smolyan who is quite well connected is convinced it is going ahead I'm very optimistic.
Pamporovo and Chepelare have a single lift pass this season and are linked using shuttle buses. Obviously it will be snow dependant as Chepelare is a little lower than Snezhanka. When they will start to cut the pistes and build the new lifts is anyone's guess. But it is no longer just a rumour. The Perelik Project is something entirely different and has been shelved.
