Hi AllHas anyone got any info on the Pamporovo Hotel?
First time going to Pamps after a couple of years in Samokov Hotel, Borovets. Heard reports that its a good hotel but how close to the lifts and centre is it? Also what is the resort like? We are going in a party of 5 on the 27 Jan, cant wait just hope we get some snow.

My first skiing adventure was in Pampororvo about 5 years ago and we also stayed in the Pamporovo Hotel. I can assure you that the hotel is the best in Pamporovo which is why it gets a 5* rating. You get a bus from outside the hotel to the slopes every morning and then back again at the end of the day. Pamps is also great for apre ski.The runs can be a little on the tame side but there is enough to keep you busy.

I stayed in the Pamporovo 2 yrs ago, its a lovely hotel, nice pool etc. very posh, loved the roaring centre fire in the lounge.
About 5minute bus ride to the slopes and 10 minute walk to centre.
I had the kids with me so we jumped in a taxi back on a night, but could have easily walked it otherwise.
It has a little shopping mall inside too.
We opted for the Perelik when we went feb this year just because the kids wanted to use the Internet Cafe, and we didn't have to walk ...

i wudnt advise going to the pamporovo hotel it hasnt as many facilities as some of the rest!!it would be good for your first time in pamporovo to go to the orlavec it is a very good hotel!!
i have been to pamporovo 6 years in a row now 3-4 times a year a cant complain about the hotel zora mergavets perelik or the snechenka
right back!!
