Pamporovo

Will be off to Pams 06.01.07, I do have faith in the god of snow, however as its my first attempt at snowboarding, would you suggest I buy a board, bindings and boots over here or hire the lot when I get there?

Just in case I dont see any snow and not get to use a shiny new board! (which I had forked out for!)

Thankyou very much in advance

Jo why do you want to but a board if it is your first time? Awful big pay out if you find you don't like it. WHy not just rent it all?

re: Pamporovo

I had heard that the boards for hire in Pamps (not Pams as above) are a bit rubbish. But I suppose that hiring would work out for the best especially as it looks like theres going to be a very thin layer of snow protecting me from the soil.

I do have faith in the snow gods.
I will be very miffed if theres no snow especially as its my first snowboarding holiday and theres only a few sleeps left!

Jo

I would rent this year see if you like it. If you do wait until the end of the season and see what is in the sales you can usually get a bargin then

re: Pamporovo

My mate rented in pamps last year and his board was fine. I would rent see if you like it first. I will be in Pamps too from the 6th
