Just got back from Pamporovo early hours of this morning after once again being delayed by Thompson Travel Airways. 4-5 hours delay getting there and 2-3 hours delay in getting back. Plovdiv airport is a nightmare to get through however once you get up to the mountains to Pamporovo it all seems worth it. Great place for all ages. There wasn't really enough snow for good skiing but enough slopes were open to have a lot of fun. Little restaurants are dotted all around the slopes for tired, hungry skiers to re-energise. Night life is ample with enough good restaurants and bars for the night owls. Would like to go back some day.
