Hi got back from pamp on sat had a fabulous week skiing the conditions were excellent.stayed at the grand mourgavets. stunning hotel but food not so good (cold) and water tepid all the time. Any comments?

Going in 12 days time to the same hotel. Was there any talk on the 50+ gangsters arrested by the Bulgarian commandos?Is the food that bad?
What is the restaurant downstairs like?
Which ski instructor did you have?
Where is the best place to go in the evening?

Also back from Pamps on Sat. Really great hol. Snow was a bit late for us but had a good time anyway. Emo made the week for us.I lost mobile phone while there.If anyone finds it would appreciate an e.mail

Hi allI got back on Sunday and had a fantastic time!!! we also stayed at the mourgavets and I have to concur that the tepid water was a bit of a pain...but hey cold water is good for the skin!!!
Seriously though it did get better towards the end of the week after they had done some maintenance work. I found the best place to be at night was BJ's, they have a pole on the stage for anybody that's interested!!!

Have to moan here. You pay for a 4 star hotel. Expect at the least hot water. Not good enough really. Hotel was good otherwise, except the food. What you didnt eat on monday came back as minced and stuffed into something the next day.
Skiing was fine at the beginning of the week, dangerous at the end. Sheet ice, stones, rock and trees coming through. Went down several times, caught out by trees coming through. Hay ho, cant help the weather can you. Started snowing on Friday, just as we had ...

Have to admit I didn't eat the hotel food so can't comment on that. You r right about the conditions though, it did seem more like ice skating that skiing at some places....there's not much you can do about the wheather though!!re: Pamporovo
We ate in the Barbeque resurant on the ground floor of the mourgavets a couple of time and it was very good (wern't staying there though).Also the entertainment was ok. especially the fire walkers on the wednesday night, although they wern't advertised.

No that i know of!!!!!Food was that bad in the royal hall, obviously cos your not paying for it. Didn't go to the resturant downstairs people say its ok. My fella stayed at the peralic last year and its suppose to be better food there. We had a great meal in the italian by the peralic. i had Emo he is really good and funny. The best places to go in the nights if you like music isthe spider in the mourgavets and the pepsi bar in the peralic ( which is joined to mourg by a tunnel and shops) ...
