Pamporovo

Skiing for first time, staying at hotel pamporova over xmas. can anyone tell me what you get for xmas lunch, heard bad reports about food. Also is there usually enough snow from 23rd Dec, do you have to have your ski lessons for the full 4 hours or can you miss some afternoons. Any other tips would be great for 2 adults a 17 and 13 year old would be great.
