Having been to pamps 2 years ago 1st time skiing...the weather was not so good..lots of grassy patches ..last year went to Bansko twice ... same time of year it was Brill...we enjoyed pamps also..despite the lack of snow..so we are giving it another try this sat coming and guess what??? 3 degrees and rain is it just my look maybe Pamps is not to be for me....will have to

Eh Wendy have you looked at Metcheck? It gives about 15cm of snow!! I know I know wich one do we belive?

We were there about three weeks ago. On the last day there was a really warm wind, about 15 degrees and everywhere was thawing. It had presumably been raining/ thawing the weeks before because it was a big ice rink on the bottom nursery slope. But believe be, there was alot of snow and it would have taken a long time to melt it all. Since then, it seems to have been snowing at least every other day. Forcasts, as ever, are conflicting.

we where there over crimbo. it rained one day for about 6 hours, till about 2.00am.then dropped s##t loads of snow in the space of 3 hours

Officially starting to get worried now. If the worst comes to the worst, are arrangements made to go to other resorts?re: Pamps!
Robert in a word mate no!! No need to worry mate their is plenty much more than when I went in 2001 by this time then it was down to about 30cm!! when I got there we could still ski. Dont panic mate Pamporovo will not let me down this year expect loads of snow!!
