Pamps - still magic!

Hi all, just back from a week in Pamps and can report everything is top notch!
Pistes were great, the snow last Thursday night was immense. Made Friday's skiing tough but will be a nice base for the weeks ahead. Even Smolyan Lakes was open more often than not and was in fine fettle.
More queues than normal but it was half term! Just had to get out of bed earlier than usual. Ski services helpfully sorted by Galina.
Stayed in Snezhanka apartments, all superbly arranged by Pippa as ...

Stayed in Snezhanka apartments, all superbly arranged by Pippa as ever. Brekkie still the same but an extra toast carousel (after much moaning by me to Pippa!) so all good.
We ate out most nights and everywhere is good value (you pay a premium at Gloria Mar, of course). I especially enjoyed some hearty cheap nosh at The Danmar.
Managed to win the Chanove quiz on tuesday but, if you can avoid doing so! Our glory was marred by the 'Fizzy' tasting more like sweaty socks than Dom Perignon!
I still say a ski holiday is the best social and family holiday. We made some great friends out there, caught up with some old ones and it does feel like a secong home.
Cant wait for 2014 - all of you about to go, you will have a great time!

Great stuff, that's got me right in the mood for the 16th March.Must say did enjoy Gloria Mar last year
