Pamps Hol company &reps?

Hi im looking to go to Pamporovo with my family. Probably going with Crystal or thomson in Mourgavets or prespa. i have heard that the reps are mostly the same each year in Bulgaria and are nearly all Bulgarian. Did anyone go last year? what were the companies like and reps? is it an ideal resort for children?

Reps have always been fine and yes a mainly Bulgarian. I would check out Inghams if I where you or Balkan holidays as both are cheaper than Crystal and also fly into Plovdiv much nearer than Sofia. Mourgavets is a great choice.

Went with Balkan last year, they seem to be the cheapest for the Mourgavets. Rep was Catherine who was pretty good and was from England! Be warned tho that Balkan Holidays Air uses Soviet built airliners, very fast but not the most up to date!

Crystal and Thomson reps last and this year were English. They were good for the nightlife but also good at their jobs. The Thomson rep disappeared between Feb and March I didn't see his replacement. I booked with Balkan and hardly saw their rep which was fine by me.

If the price is about the same book the Mourgavets rather than the Prespa. It is a well positioned comfortable Hotel.
