looking at taking my 8yr old son with us to bansko but he has had a few boarding lessons in the uk. all the travel companies are over 13 for boarding and i wanted to know the cost of hiring equipment and possible tuition prices before i booked to go

I would contact the ski/board places directly. I know in Pamporovo the restriction is not really age but shoe size. The smallest boots they have is Uk size 2.5 so it might depend on the size of your sons feet.

Do you know any good places to contact in Bansko, mainly just for tuition as i am willing to hire the equipment in the uk and take it over

I agree that Steve C or Nightmuffy are the best to contact. (They are hubby and missus) If they can't help you let me know and I'll see what else I can come up with.
